Improvement or dovelopment of Real estate Module

I would like to improve on my website to enable my real estate business run smoothly.

 

attached to the mail, I have itemized some real estate functionality I will need my website to have. you can improve on the existing module or create a new one.

 

Please let me know what it will cost, the duration and possible suggestion you may also have. I need a tech team, organisation or individual my company will work with in enhancing and maintaining our website by 2021.
