New Slider For My Website

Hello,

I want a new image slider on my website www.musiconlock.com. Currently I have 3 images in the slider that describe my site and the images are set to 466px × 315px in the slider.

I want a similar but somewhat slider for my site http://musiconlock.com
DO NOT COPY THE EXACT SLIDER FROM MUSIC CENTRO!!!!

Slider should include the following specs and functions:
1. be able to house 615 x 415 px images
2. slider should be able to be controlled through admin panel for adding text and images
3. slider should also be connected to the News mod that i have. Slider will be able to display the latest news so that i can remove the Lastest News box that is currently under my slider that i have know.
4. slider will have a right column that will contain a " Happening Now" section for preview slides.

Developer must know and understand dolphin web builder software in order to make this slider work. I have dolphin web builder software for my website so please have a clear knowledge of dolphin software. If you do not then please do not apply for this job

Attached is a mock up of a possible design to start with and then make additional adjustments as needed.

Work must be done on your test site and preview link sent to me for viewing while building the mod. No work will be done on my live site until design and function has been tested and approved by me.
