wanted to send an open letter to all members of the Expertzzz community.

My deepest apologies to those people who have experienced slow support from me. Although I have been doing my best to get to each email - My health has been very poor for the last 6 weeks.  Most of you know that support is normally GREAT with me, and that makes receiving poor support even more unacceptable.

With so many lost days due to illness and my inability to sit up in front of the computer for more than a couple hours at a time, I may have lost track of some issues.

I have brought on a new member of my team,. This person will be assigned all support issues for my MODS as well as for all custom work support.

If you hare waiting on anything, or have experienced any problems with our work - I encourage you to contact support (@)thedanielsolution.com

I will take over the support again - as soon as my health allows, but rest-assured your issues will be seen to in a timely, professional manner by my staff.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding as I get past these health issues.

hi sweetie, i am sure everyone here knows how great your mods are and how trustworthy you yourself are. i hope you have a speedy recovery and yes you are missed.

people do miss a great member that offers so much to the community. and you do just that.

Thank you all for the positive thoughts. I am feeling much better, but am limited to a few hours at a time in front of the puter - no more 22 hour days for me, at least for a couple more weeks.

I am confident Tiffany and the guys have taken care of all support issues that may have been missed. Please let us know if you are still waiting on anything.

Well.. for the most part, I am back at it again. In my absence the team really pulled together and has created some great tools for you at my site.

We have a complete support center and ticket system for all of our mod sales. Now selling mods directly from our site - cheaper than expertzzz! With tonnes of tools and freebies. A new free video library.. anyway - now it sounds like I am selling.. lol

Just a shoutout to my team.. thanks guys!
