How to set up paid and free memberships in Dolphin

I know 'm missing something really obvious here and feel stupid writing this post but can anyone explain how to set up free and paid memberships in a newly installed registered Dolphin.

Ive got the various membership levels set and the Payment sorted but nowhere can I find anything obvious like where to enter the various Payment cycles and charges for membership, and check expiry dates etc of members.
