Accentued characters on Ray Widget Translations - PB with Desktop Agent download

Hi,

I've a lot of problems with translation of all Ray Widgets. Accentued characters, which are compulsory in french, are not recognised despite of the first line of my french.xml file : " encoding='UTF-8' ... ".

In the "Presence" widget, items of the 2 first lines are note translatable, "Web Presence" "Apply filter" "Get desktop", though these items are well present in the english.xml file.

The only widget that reads correctly my french.xml file is the local desktop agent. But, in an other hand, profile's genders are "male"and "female" (these words exit in french, but for animals, or for human with a very pejorative meaning) !! Touchy changes to be done on the data base..

Another concern is that profile thumbnails sometime not appear on Desktop agent. I've not any clues about it.

I suggest you improving desktop Agent with an automatic lauching with Windows opening.

I've another strange bug, but probably not linked with Ray (?): On the "presence" screen, when I click on "get desktop", IE appears with the right URL of the .exe file, and desappears instantly, without executing the file. When I paste the URL in IE, That runs well.

You may try on www.lagoradesoony.fr

Thx in advance for your help.
