1. Adopt MPEG4 if you can. I really like this quality and speed for video – and it's more than video, it's object oriented so able to use any forward compatible codecs and optimize according to the data type.
2. I agree, let's make user migration simple and fast, but allowing new users to bring their photos, videos, documents, etc. from other platforms (i.e. Flickr, Picaso, YouTube, Google)

3. I agree, Albums, Groups...just see more follow the iTunes model so it's familiar and compatible with the standard
