Yeah mysite51, why don't you just send them an email and ask them to take care of this. It's not appopriate to post something like this here. Boonex can't help you, if you can't access jooombyte's website, you should at least have their email when you signed up for hosting. Just shoot them an email and they will take care of it. Joombyte support has been great for us.

this happened to me because of some smart arse spammer on my site,trying to get into my Cpanel, which alerted joombytes firewall which blocked me too. I simply emailed Joombyte, told them what had happened and within 15 minutes (yes 15 minutes) the block was lifted.
