There's 1 thing I don't understand. In folder 'plugins' there's changes we have to upload.

Then in the instructions is said to remove the folder PLUGINS/TINY_MCE ???

I think I'll better leave it there until further notice ...

I too was also very nervous about deleting the plugins/tiny_mce folder and replacing it with the updated folder... but it worked fine and saved me hours (millions of files...)

Heh,
upgrade always contain new tinyMce plugin,
so better replace it to newest version that your Tiny will roek :)
