First off love the templates. I have contacted you on here, and at tmdhosting.com about purchasing a theme. The only response to that I got was that I can only purchase hosting, if I purchase hosting I can buy a theme. That seems a bit odd. I have been inquiring of this for 4 months.
So far I have found one of your designs to fit my needs perfectly with a lot of editing I was able to customize the bits and pieces I wanted. So now I'm at the point that I enjoy how it come out and want to pay for see more the template of yours which I have fully modified so it doesn't have TMDHOSTING links at the bottom of it.
Since I am so many months into this, I of course due to no response done a lot of code searching with in the template to see what needs to be done this leads me to contacting you on this page today.
Within the template there is a index file in the images/zodiac folder which says...
<TITLE>Hacked By MR-SA!D = Tunisian Hacker </TITLE> which has some pretty forceful strings in it. This caught me by surprise seeing as this file comes directly from the zip of the template.
So I need to know #1 how may I purchase this theme, and #2 what to do about said file. Thanks for your time hopefully I will get a reply

These people are too good, response time to my mail is always within 1min. and these people are so polite that you love to talk to them.
Many other Co. gave me very good sounding offers but I refused just because these people provide such a nice services that I am afraid that no body can ever reach to that point.

tried installing this on 7.09 .. but received the "this site is currently unavailable" all white page when i tried clicking on anything on the help tab... HELP, FAQ ADVICE CONTACT etc... its too bad this is a beautiful looking skin.... maybe TMD has a solution ?
amm this people are totally a scam artist i pay hosthing for 2 years and my site wasent even working and they toll me i had to much trafilk and wanted me to pay more for hosthing and it was a lie. they take ur money and then ask u to pay or delet your acount do not host with them!!!!!!!!!

I personally have gotten great support for all my problem tickets. TMD sales and tech support has been fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They've even solved some problems for me pro bono that in all fairness they could have charged me for.
Insofar as phone support-- I've never tried that. The online chat w/their support has been a boon ('scuse the pun) for me and my team and has always been more than sufficient. Not sure about their spoken english but they seem to be able to type fairly see more accurately.
I haven't installed any of their templates so have no opinion on that-- however the rest is simply imho. Normally I wouldn't take the time to post an endorsement but then again, from my experience their support has been superb.

I've got the entire template installed but I'm having trouble getting the forum's to show up. It doesn't give me any errors just a white page. The template looks completely awesome I just need the forums to work.
