Use the DNS Blocklists, URI DNS Blocklists and/or Askimet key to keep spammers off of your site. You can tweak the settings to see what works best for your site. Note that you will have to get your own individualized Askimet key in order to activate Askimet.

You can also manually block IPs and IP ranges in the IP Blacklist.
