	To be an authorized affiliate of BoonEx Ltd., You agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the BoonEx service as an affiliate. By signing up for the BoonEx affiliate program, You indicate Your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1 Registration. To be officially recognized as a BoonEx affiliate You must provide us with truthful, accurate and complete registration information. If any such information changes, You must immediately update Your affiliate account. 2 Verification. BoonEx has the right to confirm or otherwise verify or check, in its sole determination, the truth and accuracy of any registration information at any time. Please note that the verification of Your registration information, specifically, Your name, address and Tax identification number, against a third party database may be considered under certain laws to constitute a "credit check." Notwithstanding that, Your participation in the BoonEx Affiliate program as a BoonEx Affiliate does not depend on Your creditworthiness or financial stability. BoonEx does not make this a part of the registration process, and will not make any type of inquiry to any third party concerning Your credit history or Your personal financial information without first receiving Your permission to do so. Please be advised that if any information is determined in good faith by BoonEx to be misleading, inaccurate or untruthful, BoonEx has the right to restrict, deny or terminate Your account, Your access to and/or use of any benefits derived from your participation in the BoonEx Affiliate program. BoonEx may also hold payment of any commissions and/or other fees that may be or become due or payable to You. 3 Participation. To join the BoonEx affiliate program, You must be over or at least 18 years old. According to this Agreement, You may use any materials (texts, links, banners, press releases etc.) provided by BoonEx at Your own discretion with the purpose of improving Your business. You are not allowed to modify, circumvent, impair, disable or otherwise interfere with any tracking codes or other technology required or made available by BoonEx to be used in connection with such qualifying links so that it may be properly tracked by BoonEx. Your participation in the BoonEx affiliate program is absolutely voluntary, hence, You may terminate Your participation at any time. If You decide to terminate Your participation in this affiliate program, You must remove any links after any termination of the corresponding participation. If these links are not so removed, BoonEx may redirect such links as it determines in its sole discretion, with or without compensation to you. 4 Prohibited Activities. As a BoonEx affiliate, You are not allowed to discriminate with regard to race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age or disability. You may not engage in actions which can adversely affect the BoonEx company and should protect/compensate BoonEx against any such adverse effects. 5 Acceptance. By signing up for the BoonEx affiliate program, You agree with these Terms and Conditions. If You do not understand or agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, please, do not sign up.
