Zero respect for Smartpro owners

Think twice before you spend 1000$ on smarpro license!
After being unsatisfied by the boonex support, i finally decided to move on and look for a better and most important better support script.

It is a shame that they don't respect high value clients that are able to spend 1000$ on a script. Severals unanswered emails and unrespected free upgrades that were supposed to be included.
Hope this doesnt happen to you people.

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for boonex to answer my request to change my licence from my server's ip address to the domain name now pointing to that server....we spent around $700 for dolphin and components and boonex is enjoying free advertisement on my site and I am VERY upset...

Do they have a phone number we can call. It seems they are very fond of hiding behind email addresses so they can respond only when they want to.

QUESTION: What self respecting company hides their domain registration http://whois.domaintools.com/boonex.com using DomainsByProxy???

I think Boonex produces great products but they lack essentials of marketing, like fallow through and immediate costumer support and more and better information on how to use their products. They could be soooo much bigger.....It's almost as if they are saying here is this wonderful script, you go and figure it out.
