Additionally, in the first few months webmasters tend to experiment with different software and sites have to be re-evaluated; many experienced web-masters prefer not to list their successful Dolphin-based site (they pay for link removal for a reason), etc, etc. As a result we get a list of sites that may give a poor impression of what Dolphin can do.

How about allowing Premium members to list their site(s) to only Premium members... with ratings and comments (that can be removed).
