Email templates contain messages that get sent to a user based on a action that was performed.
For example, if a user registers on your site they will be sent a welcome email or if a user is sent a greeting a email will be sent to that user notifiying them a greeting was sent to them.
You can change all messages for all available actions simply by changing the Subject and Body of selected templates.
