Dolphin 7 theme design modifications

Hello,

I need some modifications of the design of my web site based on Dolphin 7, I have the design sample as a static image (and Photoshop file as well). I need the design set as a theme, but hard coded modifications are also acceptsble where necessary as I have to also change the layout on few pages.

Some of the work has already been done, but I need more people to help complete the modifications on time. Preferably somebody who is available soon and can work full time on it.

The ideal person will be experienced with PHP and Dolphin templates. Please, reply with screenshots/urls to any templates you've done and also your availability and hourly rate.
