Adult Content Lifestyle Site

Hi, I'm looking to create a adult Lifestyle site, so it will be aimed towards swingers, people into BDSM, Kinks, etc, it will be a community website where people can go for either information or to arrange meets with others into the same things. I need it so couples and singles can join, obviously I know that couples and single people can already join on this platform, but I also need it set up for TV'S/CD's and all genders can join.

I also want a verification system so when a new member joins they need to get verified before they get full access of the website,  there will be two options a member can get verified, 1 will be by photo verification, where a member will be asked to take certian a photo of themselves and if correct once approved it will show on that members profile that they are 'Photo Verified'.

The 2nd option will be for the member to record a short video of themselves saying something in particular  and again if it meets the requirements once approved it will show on their profile as 'Video Verified' . Also need a function for members to be able to 'poke' other members if they wish.
