heavy customisation - android iphone mobile app - make it like gtalk messenger

• hi, i got mobile app working for android and iphone.
• now i want to instal gtalk like messenger on this mobile app.i am not talking of a chat feature in mobile app. I want a gtalk like instant messenger for users on my site.
• i understand this will require frequent server updating/pinging and major changes to boonex mobile app.
• Only an expert in boonex mobile app ideally should apply for this job. I have asked around and most boonex engineers need lot of time to do it.
• my site is 100% free friendship site fully on dolphin and hosted on arvixe.
• i think this feature (gtalk like messenger if made will sell like hot cakes for all social net working sites on boonex mobile app)
