Convert e107 site to D7

1. I have an e107 (1.0.1) site with 17,000 members, 100,000 forum post, 700 content pages, 200 news pages that I would like to convert to Dolphin 7.0.9 or latest. Serious programmers only please. My current site is http://molosserdogs.com so you can have a look.
