Custom Slider

I would like to know who can transform my current slider that I have on my site www.musiconlock.cominto a similar slider like the one on this link  http://youraudioboost.com/

Slider needs also to be able to be adjusted and controled through admin panel. Meaning if I want to add or delete picture or add or delete or change text then I can do it all through the admin panel.
