Data Migration from existing custom CMS

We need help to complete a full data migration from a existing custom CMS. The current website content/structure can be found here:
The data migration will include:
- users (profile info and images)
- user posts/articles
The existing CMS's DB is mySQL and a .sql file can be provided.
