Dolphin Mobile setup

Just got Dolphin mobile.

Need a programmer who knows how to setup the Android and iOS versions.

Changes the icons, change the logo etc

to adding it on GooglePlay and iTunes etc.

Must be located in the the New York City or surrounding.

Must be willing to meet in person.

Basically, I need to learn how it's done.

If someone outside the New York City area (even outside USA) can tutor without meeting in person, I am open to hearing it.

I am a developer, but am new to mobile apps.
