Mail and Members

Im needing someone to fix the mail it wont send mail to members upon joining. (7.1)

Im also needing someone to fix the browse members page when you click on it from the site stats the members page only shows in all writing and no pictures. If you click on it not logged in it shows you all the members as it should.
