Modifications to default Store & Ads

Some modifications to default Store & Ads module

Stores Module:

- Every registered member should be able to sell
- Should have the option of adding any number of category levels
- Should have the options to assign custom attributes, so that these attributes can be used as side filters for narrowing down on product searches
- The percentage from each sales could be determined by the admin
- All payments to be made to Admin through Dolphin payment system
- Percentage of the sale to be held by admin and the remaining to be transferred to bank accounts of the seller weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- Should be able to sell physical goods, services and digital goods

Ads module:

- If price mentioned, then should have a normal checkout process including delivery options, adding addresses and payments
- Should have options to add subcategories for any number of levels
