NEED A DEVELOPER TO MAKE AN EVENT PLUG IN LIKE MEETUP OR EVENTBRITE

I need a dolphin developer to make a plug in or modify an existing one to act like Meetup.com or event brite/ event bee. Needs to register people for events, distribute tickets, collect payment  and interact with the functions of dolphin and Facebook.
