Need Dating Site Developer

1) The elements I want incorporated an image with multiple profile style pictures (I can design the image, just need the space for this.)

Site Features:

User should be able to login and browse based on location, age, sex.  Sexual preference should be considered when (men seeking women should only return results for women seeking men, etc), smoking, drugs, drinking, want children, seeking should also be considered.

User should be able to request chat, video, email other users.
