sound thumbnail needed

one upon a time on boonex there was a mod i purchased that will allow user to upload a thumbnail for the sound (mp3) uploaded this tumbnail was generated after the upload.allowing you to upload an the thumb nail via desktop. well ive updated my website and now i cannot find this thumbnail mod in the market i need a programmer to remake the mod or find the mod i need it installed again on my site. very important to me please message
