Template Customization

Hi there.  Would like to customize this template:

I would like:

1. For the background of the content to be white and the text/links to match correspondingly (the top of each mod section could be a silver color)

2. For the icons in the slider to only click through if the member is logged in

3. Remove the Join button up top.

Let me know how much for those 3, and then if you're able to do this part below, also give a total price for all 5 items.

4. for the sides to be black with silver liquid plasma.

5. to add a layer of flash over the site where it would OCCASIONALLY twinkle at random in random places.

So again, if you could leave 2 prices, it would be greatly appreciated.
