Template fixing/customizing + mobile template

Need someone (only experienced and reliable with positive rep here on Boonex and with a significant portfolio) to edit  the template of my site at www.meetyourgreens.com.

Currently the template will not dispaly properly on a number of browsers, causing the users to be unable to edit their profiles, the ads appearing in odd places etc

Additionally, I also need a mobile template created to match the existing theme
