Tweaks needed for www.operationenduringfitness.com

Some things are missing/malfunctioning due to upgrade by a previous developer. 

Things that need to be fixed:

- Make ADS visible
- Change email template back to original template (switch module)
- Change store to default. It is currently redirected to a website but I want to use the original platform for the store that boonex provides
- Reset forum tracker. It shows there are over 25,000 posts, there are not
- Chat continues to say "loading" but does not seem to complete
- Some font colors conflict with the background
- Height and weight needs to be fixed
