Adding adsense and using orca

Hey everyone, i am running into a few issues and would like to see if anyone out there has been able to resolve them.

1) i need to add google adsense and yahoo ads to my site but i cant find anywhere a plugin to do so. has anyone found something that can do that?

2) My web host does not allow fOpen ie absolute links to external files do not work. is there a work around with orca that i can use without having to go in and re-write the entire orca script?
