Online incubator for Dolphin communities?

Does anyone here have any interest in helping to develop an online incubator for Dolphin communities?   More than a year ago, I put together a start on this concept at http://social-accelerator.com but because of events in my own life, as well as the problem Dolphin has with engagements on low population sites, I never got back to it.  

I think I made a good start though - people were revealing of not only their own names, but more of their projects than you see mentioned here - including their adult sites.   This is not a "business venture" - I don't intend to make money off this and built this mostly to help myself and others who are not getting the kind of help they need here on Boonex.  I am more than willing to give someone - or maybe more than one person, full administrative access and even backing access if you think you can help revitalize it.
