Video's is for moderation of the public video gallery, Although the videos are shown on the persons profile, they are not profile videos. profile videos are what are recorded via the ray video recorder and are not shown on the profiles, but are accessed via the action link on the profile.

If you have automatic approval set in admin/plugins/ray suit/video player/settings, then you shouldn't need to worry about this page unless you need to delete a movie from the site.
