You need to do the following: Login into PayPal Manager -> click 'Account Administration' -> click 'Transaction Settings' in 'Manage Security' section -> set 'Allow Reference Transactions' to Yes -> click 'Confirm'. To enable it in your Business PayPal account you need to contact with PayPal Support team. There is no way to do it by yourself.[[BR]]
