Controls the items listed in the Bottom menu.
Items can be rearranged, shown, hidden or removed.
When first visiting this page you will be on the Top section of the bar which are the items located to the left which displays the Username and Status.
The Top Extra are the items located to the right of the menu bar (Mail, Profile, Settings etc.)
