It just removes the membership levels limitations for a selected Sex(es). For example, you can configure that only a member with Gold membership level can send messages, but with this module you can make it so, for example, women can send messages even if they are not having a Gold membership level, while men still have to purchase that membership level in order to be able to send messages.
