Yes, this module can be translated because it uses the default Dolphin's "Language files" feature. Moreover you don't need to have any speacial tools for it. The translation can be done via admin panel -> settings -> languages settings.

AntonLV i just realized by a member that on the public pages block when they click on right side of header either recent etc.... they get a message to adobe flashplayer, i tried it and it happen to me and i upgraded my adobe and still does it?

This plug-in for Pages module doesn't use Flash elemens in its layout. So, the issue doesn't depend on the module.

P.S. Looks like you have some Flash based leyout elements in your template and therefore you may see this message when some Flash based element was "mouse overed". However if you upgraded the Adobe Flash Player in your browser following all instructions then the message should disappear.
