I now have two unregister links on my member's pages... 

How do I make the other one not visible.

Anton, again I love this product... The pie chart is great, etc... 

However,  on your next release, could you include the reason for leaving in the stats page? The reason for me is I would like to be able to see are we losing males, females, age? and their reason for leaving... :)

Uregister reason was added on module's adminministration panel -> unregistered tab.

One more question.. I deleted the test removals we did from the database tables, via myPHPAdmin  so we now only have one official member who left, and thank god he said he would be back... that is why I wanted to find out what the reason for leaving was on the report.. :) However the pie chart still show a total of five users who have left... 

How do I update the pie chart to reflect the current user count? I recompiled language, flushed cache, even deleted cache from ftp. Still show five users in the pie chart... the report is correct with just one user.

Looks like you didn't fully cleaned the data about test removals from database using phpMyAdmin. :) You need to remove unnecessary rows from aqb_unr_users and aqb_unr_users2entries DB tables.

Attached are screenshots showing only two members in the tables , yet the pie chart still shows 5.

OK. Looks like I found the reason of the issue. aqb_unr_entries table has counter for each entry (unregister quiz question). These counters collect statistics and are used to print the pie. So, if you manually removed some members from aqb_unr_users and aqb_unr_users2entries tables then you need manually update that counters to have appropriate statistics.

P.S. It's not so good prectice to do the changes manually in the database. It may cause a lot of issues. :)

I didn't see any other way to clean up the application... of course it wont be necessary going forward :)

1. You need to know why your customers are leaving.
2. You can capture and retain their email for future correspondence.

This software allows you to do all of this...

boonex shows version 1.0.1 and my control panel shows 1.0 even after uploading the latest download, recompile languages, delete temp files, etcl.

I changed version to 1.0.1 here when added support for Dolphin 7.1 but looks like I forgot to update config file in the module itself. Thanks to let me know.

I was wondering if you could add the fields

date joined as an option here.

this way we can see how long somebody has actually stayed a member.

You may easily do it by yourself. :) Edit modules/aqb/unregister/classes/AqbUnrDb.php file and find the following line

return $this->getPairs("SELECT `ID`, `Name` FROM `sys_profile_fields` WHERE `Type` IN ('text', 'select_one', 'date') ORDER BY `ID` ASC", "ID", "Name");

then replace it with this one

return $this->getPairs("SELECT `ID`, `Name` FROM `sys_profile_fields` WHERE `Type` IN ('text', 'select_one', 'date') OR `Name` IN ('DateReg') ORDER BY `ID` ASC", "ID", "Name"); 

That's all! :)

I am re building my site with 7.3.. This module says 7.3 but when downloaded and opened it.. There is only 7.0 and 7.1 files?

Do I use the 7.1 for a 7.3 site?

Yes, you need to use the one from 'for Dolphin 7.1.x' folder. It's compatible with the latest Dolphin 7.3.
