Would this be a good mod for parental control?

I am setting up a website for our school and what I would like is that the parent must be the one to register for their child and they would be able to moderate the child's activity (actions).

The description of your mod says:

"Account’s owner can restrict some of the actions which are available for original member and his/here membership level."

The description says "SOME" of the actions... can you explain please?

Under actions - I mean all available membership level's actions and 4 main actions (Buy, Edit profile, Unregister account, Manage payments).

Also if you like we can add any other actions additionally, but it will cost also additionally.

Yes.

This module allows PM account to perform the same actions as vendor account.

Profile's vendor may restrict to use some of the actions which allow to perform vendor's membership level's actions, but thee is no Blog's edit, thus personal PM account always will be able to edit Blogs posts and vendor will not be able to close this action.
