Users migration

Hio there.

I have an old 7.0.6 site with about 80000 users with photos and some with videos (not more then 20).

I would like to install the latest Dolphin and get someone to migrate all the users with ALL the have today.

Let me know how much you will take, when you can start and how long will it take.
