Please Help needed - NO photos shown on the site

my site was fresh installed ever module is working fine, but the photo module shows no photos. what can the error?? sorry for my bad englisch. can anybody help me please? you can look at my site here:  http://wir-sind-reisende.de/

Have you installed a new photo module?

Your language selection does not work, site is only is German, cannot select English.

i have installed the wohle package with the fotoalbum includet. my version ist 7.03  photo module version is 1.0.3

you can chance the language at top left side on the earthball.

It might be a permission issue with the html purifier

Try this and see if it helps.

Navigate to the following folder.

plugins/htmlpurifier/standalone/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer

There are 4 folders in here. Make sure all 4 folders are writable. Mode 777 (Mode 755 if php is running as CGI)

Then empty the contents of each of those 4 folders.

I make all of this stepps but no helps

try deleting all the files in plugins/htmlpurifier/standalone/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/HTML

Thats a repeat of the instructions i just provided. He said he did that.


If you have access to your web server logs. Check them for errors. Mostly errors such as permission denied. If you do not have access to the logs, then ask your  host to look at them for errors. I still suspect this is a permission issue of some kind.

Ok now it works fine.

There was a Server Configuration Problem.
