Why cant I do this?

Why doesnt dolphin let me remove the dashboard from the bottom menu (view attached pic). Is there a way to get rid of it? If not, then is there a way to change what pops up when you click it? Currently it is Activity and Unregister(view second pic). Thank you.

You can remove it if you want to..

Go into Admin Panel> Builders> Member Menu - Click the tab that says Top Extra and drag the 'Dashboard' block to the all Items area.

Once you have done that, if you have caching enabled, you will need to clear your /cache (except the .htaccess file) and /cache_public directories. Refresh the page and it should be gone.

Thats the thing it wont let me drag it down only side to side...

Weird.. I just done it on my site and it worked. ( im on D 7.0.4)

Which Browser did you do it on, I tried both IE and Safari.

Use Firefox, it will work.

I tried Firefox and it still doesnt work. it only slides side to side but wont let me drag down.

Not sure what your issue is then. Usually if you can move it from side to side, you should be able to drag it anywhere.. I thought you could not move it at all.

No I can move it but only side to side it wont let me drag down. I tried IE, Safari, Firefox, Chrome

click then popup will showed, then click on 'delete button'

Lol I just tried that and it says this item is non-deletable...*sigh*

Open your phpmyadmin

then open your database,

then open your sys_menu_member

then edit row that contains '_Dashboard' caption

oke, now, you wil see 'activate column , by default the value is 1, change it to 0
