They've done work. It has been over a month. They have responded to my messages but never with an answer that was directly related or clear. They haven't told me if they are done. They did install the PHPbb3 but I made it connect to my forum tab myself. I get error messages e-mailed to me after anyone uses the board. Again, I don't know if they have completed the work. My last message was to look at the address of the board to know the status. I think they have every intention of doing the work but see more their communication has left me feeling like I am hanging in the land of vague.
