Well in our case, after asking some modification, template is average fine, not finish and even if team have good reactivity and try to do things, it is absolutly necessary to describe to them more than exactly the need, issues and anticipate other potential issue, if not, other bugs are not corrected, or no projection are made. This cost hudge time to look, note issues, again and again
More anticipation and qualification from them will cost a lot less time for things to be corrected / adjusted. see more I am actually not satisfied and spend money, that probably won't serve me since I may change template and see some other vendor
