Account Home adjustment, profile picture changes

We're currently looking for someone who can fix the following issues for us:
(We're running Dolphin 7 with a custom template)

- Account Home adjustment - fix some design and probably programming issues:

->profile box should be open from the beginning, the other boxes Presence, Account Info and Custom should stay closed.

->Install a HTML box under those boxes for some additional information for our users.

- Member search function: Deactivate the search functions 'advanced', 'quick' and 'extended'

- Profile Picture: I made this bigger in our template, though now we have the problem that in the 'Upload a new avatar' it's the same size, though here it should be small so that all text is readable.


We prefer people that are available also after those jobs for other upcoming things.
