Commission or percentage per sale in store

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to do Commissions or percentage per sale when a user by a product in the store from an other user ?

Is it paypal related ?

or is it possible to change the code ?

There might be a away for you, look in to the points system,deems the points to cash? Im looking into it now, just an idea for you. cheers

The way I want it will be like this :

1- user X create a product to sell in the store
2- user Y buy it
3- user X gets (for example) 75% and the admin of the site (me) gets 25% of the transaction amount
