Fixes on my site

I need someone who knows what they are doing and wont let me down, my last guy i signed a contract with and he promised all will be delivered within 2 weeks didn't deliver what was needed, dispite the fact he's been paid. So I need someone to look at the site, and fix some layout issues, some editiing issues. Email me and i'll list everything that this guy was supposed to do but didn't.
