Install, configure Nginx for Dolphin 7

I am looking for someone who is capable and able to install Nginx + php5 + mysqld on Centos 5.5 for Dolphin 7

I am an experienced sys admin and have/had it installed but was problematic with Dolphin 7 I am assuming I have something not quite right and am just frustrated.

The right person should be able to do this all within about 1-2 hours or less.  Mysql is already installed and running correctly, php5 is installed, fast-php just needs to be properly configured and nginx  probably the same... you can reinstall all if you feel more comfortable.

I just need this done RIGHT.

Dolphin 7 files are uploaded to correct directly in virgin state.
