TO upload backup of site on linode.com & design a new template!

I hav backup of my dolphin 7.0.0 site which had approx 280 members..... Now i want to shift this site on unmanaged linode server and want a new template in blue theme.... these are the tasks i need..

1) Install backup of my site on linode.com unmanaged server

2) A new template which i'll buy from some source...u hav to just install n check it.

3) I hav a yahoo answers clone site developed in php.. i need to integrate it into my site (no further development in the clone except integration)
