Dolphin Subscriptions Management Issue

After the user joins they are not being forced to the membership options page where they would select their membership and make payment (The module is set to do that though) Instead they are directed to the "Congrats ... set you avatar" page.

I've attempted to contact the module developer for a month ... no response.
