extend the cupid function in 7.x.x

I am looking for a mod to extend the cupid function in 7.x.x

I am after a modification that send out a list of people who have joined in the last say 24hrs (or what ever time frame is specified, must be able to change time frame from admin panel) with the following info

Nickname, age, country, short description and avatar pic and sorted firstly by country and then by alphabetically

and send females who have joined to males and vice versa

Also be able to modify who the emails are sent too by last log in (time frame i.e. weekly, monthly, etc)
